THE PROBLEM, THE SOLUTION AND THE RESULT
THE PROBLEM: Soils are susceptible to the forces of nature, causing them to contract, expand, and ultimately fail. Without proper support, the concrete sinks, creating not only an aesthetically unappealing environment, but also a hazardous and unstable structure.
THE SOLUTION: Apex Concrete Leveling to the rescue! Each failure is unique and requires careful planning to design and implement a concrete repair that will withstand the test of time. We use an advanced process to inject an expandable polymer under the concrete to raise it, and at the same time, stabilize the soil to prevent recurring failure.
THE RESULT: The process repairs and eliminates the failing condition within minutes and the concrete is ready to return to service immediately. Drainage and other issues affecting adjacent structures are remedied. The life of the concrete is extended for many more years.
APEX IS THE BEST SOLUTION FOR ALL YOUR CONCRETE REPAIR NEEDS
Traditional slabjacking or Mudjacking methods create large messes and can ultimately backfire in the long run. Apex uses a polyeutherane foam that reacts and cures underground when injected into the soil. The polymer causes minimum disruption to the ground below as well as to the surface, meaning your property will not need to be torn up for a major repair. Even better, the foam attains 90% efficiency and the area is safe for normal usage just 15 minutes after its application. We will help you discover which grade is right for your property and solve your concrete lifting problem in no time at all!
Apex Concrete Leveling Repair’s concrete leveling services are available for both residential and commercial applications throughout Missouri and Kansas. We can help with everything from driveways and sidewalks to pool decks, patios, concrete steps, interior concrete slabs, and more. No matter how large or small the project, we will be there for you with fast, effective solutions!
Whether your concrete slabs have shifted and sunken due to foundation settlement, soil erosion, or any other factor, it’s important to keep in mind that demolishing and replacing the concrete is costly, disruptive, and usually unnecessary. Alternatively, Apex Concrete Leveling uses a foam injection that expands beneath the sunken concrete slab and lifts it back to its original position. The entire process is fast, causes minimum disruption to your property, and will eliminate tripping hazards by ensuring that the concrete surface stays even and secure
